It is much easier to follow a song when it tells you when to start, stop and what is the next exercise. This is my second Tabata song I use to do my workout and it's fun!
The 7 Minute HIIT workout is as follow:
• Jumping jacks
• Wall sits
• Push-ups
• Abdominal crunches
• Step-ups onto a chair
• Squats
• Triceps dips on a chair
• Planks
• High knees/running in place
• Lunges
• Push-ups and rotations
• Side plank Left
• Side plank Right
