A day in the life of a 911 dispatcher. No two days are the same. This day was feast and famine. Busy hours and some down time. I had time to study up on some procedures and work on some other things I do for work besides answer phones and dispatch.
The job has continuous education and training. We are constantly doing things to better ourselves as workers and human beings......more on that tomorrow.
