Description
AC/DC's fifth album (sixth in Australia), was the "breakthrough" that finally got the band recognition in America. Produced by American Robert John "Mutt" Lange, the record sported a corny but catchy album cover (somewhat altered in Australia), a clean, crisp production and plenty of great songs that would live on to their live stage set to this day. Songs like the title track, "Girls Got Rhythm", "Shot Down in Flames" and others make this an album worth selling your soul for. Shortly after it's release, however, vocalist Bon Scott died in the back seat of an automobile after a night of heavy drinking. But the band would carry on, and eventually come back....in black.
(Cover song by rugster69. Original composition "Walk All Over You" can be found on the Columbia album: "Highway to Hell").
