0:25- "die cruise-missile" refers to American Ground Launched Cruise Missiles, 160 of which were deployed to Europe.
0:56- "Schmierenkomödiant" literally means "bad actor" or "bad comedian", in this case a "clown" (the US president at the time).
1:24- "stay within your own longitude!" is a literal translation of the phrase "Bleib auf deinem Längengrad!" but can be translated to "stay within your own boundaries!"
