Description
Seoul plans to create more music institutes by 2023, so that people can learn to play instruments and enjoy concerts! Also, 6 global music festivals will be put on each year, including drum festival and indie music festival.
The three major goals are to make a city where citizens are happy with music, a city where musicians (music industry) grow, and a global music city where people interact with people around the world. Seoul will establish 4 major music hubs by music genre, starting with Seoul Arena which will be open at 2024.
