Description

Ave Maria is a celebrated prayer in the cultures of Latin descend. The French romantic composer Charles Gounod has layered his melody on a slightly changed version of the Prelude No.1 in C Major, by the German composer Johann Sebastian Bach.

This piece was published 1853 under the name "Méditation sur le Premier Prélude de Piano de S. Bach". The original composition by Bach dates 1722.

Filmed and edited by Stefan Panfili. The video was shot on the Blackmagic Design Ursa Mini Pro G2 and the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K (PCC6K). The lenses used were Canon 50mm L and the Sigma 24-35 Art. The post-production was done in Davinci Resolve 16.
