Bahan Babi rica kemangi:
500 gram Babi samcan
2 buah sonkit atau 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis
1/4  sdt garam

Bumbu halus:
15 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
7 cm kunyit
6 butir kemiri
8 buah Cabe keriting
8 buah cabe rawit
3 sdm minyak

Bumbu lain:
1 genggam penuh daun kemangi
2 lembar daun pandan
6 lembar daun jeruk
8 buah cabe rawit utuh
2 batang sereh
2/3 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada putih
2 sdt gula
1 sdt kaldu jamur
500 ml air

Spicy Pork Belly Indonesian Style

Ingredients:
500 grams pork belly
2 calamansi or 1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt

Blended spices:
15 shallots
5 cloves garlic
7 cm turmeric
6 candlenuts
8 big red chilies
8 bird's eye chilies
3 tbsp vegetable oil

others:
a handful of Indonesian basil
2 pandan leaves
6 kaffir lime leaves
8 bird's eye chilies
2 stalks crushed lemongrass
2/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
500 ml water
