This is the Beaumont Rag - the music you can gear in the background is played on mandolin by the wonderful @DavidBenedictMandolin who has a fantastic tutorial with sheet music - please do check out this channel! David plays SO much more quickly than I play here, so if you're planning to learn my tin whistle arrangement of this tune, you might want to practise your speed too!
