This is a little study on playing a chord melody over the Bill Evans tune, "Blue in Green". I've done three takes of the melody, with each pass becoming more harmonically adventurous. The first pass uses some stock voicings with "piano"-like chord movements - the melody moves while a chord is sustained underneath. As the arrangement progresses you'll notice there are two lines of chord symbols. The top line follows the chords of the tune - I tried to be as specific as possible with naming the extensions. The second line of chord symbols are reflective of the voicing I am playing on guitar.
