The Lost Treasure Quest starts in Sawtooth Cauldron by finding an ECHO device that talks about a lost map. You then have to kill four random bandits somewhere on the map to collect the pieces. They point to the Caustic Caverns, where there are four switches that need to be activated. Once active, you can ride the elevator up to the level the treasure can be found on.
