This song came in two parts. After a bummer bout of writers block I wrote the first verse while sitting on floor, blow-drying my hair, inspiration strikes at the strangest times. I quickly ran to the piano and penned the lyric and chords, but couldn't figure out the chorus. Several months later I found myself in a cowriting session with this great writer, Mike Busbee, I played him my verse, he had a great idea for a chorus, and by the end of the day we finished "here now". I have been saving this song for quite some time, always thought it would go on a record, until then, you can hear it right here, right now!
