Yikes! It's been three weeks since my last JAMM, but it's been a little tricky to pull off lately as my sweet little toddler has really discovered her voice and likes to do pterodactyl screams and shout uh oh while taping, love it! Anywho, she was taking a nap so I quickly got out the camera and decided to try to make it happen! This song is from High Hopes and Heartbreak, my post Idol record. Dave happened to be listening to it the other day in his car, and this song came on, and decided it would make for a perfect JAMM! Kind of a B side, a quieter tune on the record, but those ones are my favorites! I remember in the studio, I sat down at the piano with a microphone and the band and we hit record and played it together in real time, we got it in the first take! That never happens, so this song is magic...
