I can't say enough good things about Brooke. She became one of my heroes this night. She is honestly one of the sweetest, most genuine people I've ever met, and obviously talented. I can't wait to see her again! =)
Anyway, "When We Were One" is one of my favorite songs from her album. She said she doesn't sing it very often because of the challenging range. But I loved it! And Brooke couldn't have been more wrong with her ending banter; she was very entertaining!
She was also repping Kansas that night with her shirt. I'll say Kansas because I'm a K-State girl, but Brooke is so cool that it didn't bother me. ;)
