This is the single 45 version of "Do It ("Til You're Satisfied)", the 1974 release by B.T. Express (originally known as Brooklyn Transit Express). The song was a Top 10 smash hit for the band in the US, reaching the #1 position on the Billboard R&B chart, #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, #8 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, and #6 on the Cash Box Top 100.

"Do It ('Til You're Satisfied)" also reached #7 in Canada, #18 in the Netherlands, #29 in Belgium, #33 in Germany, and #51 in the UK.

B.T. Express followed the song with another Top 5 that same year, "Express", which became a #1 hit on both the Billboard R&B and Billboard Dance Club Songs charts, #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #9 on the Cash Box Top 100. The song also reached #3 in Canada, and #34 in both Germany and the UK.

In 1975, the band released the double-sided hit, "Peace Pipe/Give It What You Got", which became the third and final Top 40 crossover pop hit. The song reached #31 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the band's third Top 5 hit on both the Billboard R&B and Dance Club Songs charts, reaching #5 and #3 respectively.
