Kembang kol secukupnya

Jamur sop/ jamur putih salju secukupnya
Daun bawang & seledri secukupnya
Bawang putih 3 siung
Merica 1/4 sdt
Pala secukupnya
Garam 1 sdt
Kaldu bubuk 1/2 sdt
Air 700 ml

Nb:
- Air bekas rebusan ceker (air kaldu) jangan dibuang karena akan digunakan sebagian untuk kuah sop
- Jamur sop bisa diskip jika tidak ada
