You can get a lot of repeatability with a track saw especially if you use the parallel guides from @tsoproducts . I’m not sponsored by them but I did receive a generous discount last summer, and I’ve used their 20” guides the most. Calibrating them can be somewhat of an art, but I think I have it down to 1/3rd of a millimeter of accuracy.
