This is the version of Meadow I wanted on my album Fire In The Rainstorm. I sent this as a demo to @willackerman-guitarist. He loved this version. This was an improv I sent him, and unfortunately, I didn't record it the way I played it in this version. 🙄
Sometimes, when I compose, a lot of the music is improvised, and I forget the real essentials of the song. Which I did when I recorded it at Imaginary Road Studios. As a musician, I sometimes second-guess myself when recording in the studio and I become a mess! Ask my kids - better yet ask Will! lmao!
It is SUCH a special piece of music -I put the music together with some of my favorite moments I've shot. It gives me the ethereal vibes - which I cannot put in the English language.
