If you want to comment something like "The Zeibekiko comes out of your soul", "There are no steps" or "You can not learn how to dance Zeibekiko", please read first my following thought about this wonderful dance:
Before you can dance Zeibekiko, you need to have an idea about the style, the typical movements and the music. All that can not only come out of your soul, because that would mean that a person from Japan (without any knowledge of Zeibekiko) would dance to Zeibekiko music something that looks like the Zeibekiko as we know it. When you hear Zeibekika, you get familier with the rhythm and the structure of the music and when you see somebody dancing Zeibekiko, you get an idea about the style and the typical movements.
Of course, the Zeibekiko is an improvising dance. One way to learn how to improvise is to learn first figures to get used to the music and dance. You can dance these figures in the order that you like. After a while you can try to change the figures or (even better) to make your own figures (also while dancing). You will get experience and after some time, you don't need to think of figures anymore. This is how they often teach the Zeibekiko in Greek dance schools.
We must keep in mind that dances mostly evolve. In the past a Zeibekiko was mostly danced to express sadness and pain. I think that nowadays that is often not the case. I dance Zeibekiko, because I like to dance to that beautiful music!
I post Zeibekiko videos on my channel to share some ideas, because that can be very helpful. You can use the figures the way you like. You decide for yourself what and how you want to dance. If you don't like my Zeibekiko videos, simply don't watch them. If you like them, there are a lot!
