I don't really know how to catagorize McClinton's music. I just have to say he pretty much has his own style. I would say it's a soulful combination of southern country-rock and R&B. Even though he's been around for awhile, I just discovered his music a few years ago and I love it. And since being fortunate enough to see him perform live, I've become even more of a fan. This song is from his 1990 album, Never Been Rocked Enough.
