En tus ojos vive el mar (The sea lives in your eyes) is the compulsory Habaneras piece at the 64th International Habaneras and Polyphony Competition in Torrevieja, Spain.
UPSA went on to win 1st prize in both the Habaneras and Polyphony categories of the competition, as well as the Premio del Público or Prize of the Public.
The University of the Philippines Singing Ambassadors is one of the country's foremost choral groups founded and conducted by Dr. Edgardo L. Manguiat.
