Resep roti canai
bahan oles
50 gr mentega wijsman
30 ml minyak sayur
Bahan adonan
250 gr tepung terigu pro rendah
2 butir kuning telur ( saya skip jika ingin lebih enak dan lembut tambahkan kuning telur)
1/2 sdt garam
200 ml air / susu cair uht
Toping susu dan keju / sesuai selera
Cara membuat :
• Mentega dan minyak sayur campur rata sisihkan
• Campur tepung terigu garam dan tuang air / susu cair bertahap sembari di uleni hingga agak kalis lalu bungkus dengan plastik istirahatkan selama 15 menit
• Setelah 15 menit pindahkan ke alas kerja uleni hingga kalis potong menjadi 8 atau sesuai selera bulatkan lalu tutup dengan plastik kedap udara selama 15 menit.
• setelah 15 menit lebarkan atau di rolling melebar potong2 seperti pada video lalu oleskan campuran mentega dan minyak tadi di bagi 8 kemudian di gulung lalu pipihkan lalu istirahatkan selama 3 jam sebelum di panggang dengan api kecil hingga warna agak kecoklatan.
Roti Canai Recipe
Grease Ingredients
50g Wijsman butter
30ml vegetable oil
Dough Ingredients
250g low-protein flour
2 egg yolks (I omit this if you want it to be tastier and softer, add egg yolks)
1/2 tsp salt
200ml water/UHT milk
Milk and cheese toppings/to taste
Methods:
• Mix the butter and vegetable oil well and set aside.
• Mix the flour, salt, and water/milk gradually, kneading until slightly elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
• After 15 minutes, transfer to a work surface and knead until elastic. Cut into 8 or as desired, round the dough into balls, then cover with airtight plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
• After 15 minutes, spread it out or roll it out wide, cut it into pieces as in the video, then spread the butter and oil mixture, divide it into 8 pieces, then roll it up and flatten it, then let it rest for 3 hours before baking it over low heat until it is slightly brown.
