Description
I was fortunate to be invited to play with Mr. Long Sheng, The Famous Guquin player from Hangzhou, China on 24th July this year. Performing at the recent "Cultures of China Water Cube Cup, Chinese Song Contest 2025", he played the ancient traditional piece "Flowing Water" which dates back to the Chinese Spring and Autumn Period (722–481 BC). I accompanied him on the ancient indigenous Australian instrument to represent the coming together of Chinese and Australian communities.
