Written by Freddie Mercury and released in 1979 as part of Queen’s album The Game, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” became one of their most iconic rock ‘n’ roll tracks.
This acapella version was created from Queen’s rare live performance on Saturday Night Live in 1982—Freddie’s voice completely isolated, with no instruments. It was Queen’s only SNL appearance and their final live U.S. performance with Freddie Mercury.
