The Tower ending, but you meet the required dialogue choices in the oil fields to unlock "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" before calling Reed after finishing the Phantom Liberty questline.
This ending sure hits harder when you save this ending for last after cleaning up every last gig and crime (and achievement) in the game; a closure to a long journey.
