Western Standard Time Ska Orchestra joins forces with powerhouse vocalists: Maria de Pilar (Los Abandoned ), Jackie Mendez, Charles Farrar ( Boogaloo Assassins, See Spot ), Luis ( Raskahuele ), JP (Viernes 13 ). Plus acclaimed Ska artists The Untouchables, Mobtown, The Elysians, Blanco Y Negro, The Delirians, along with sets by DJ Queline. Celebrate the vibrant fusion of Latin rhythms and distinctive ska energy at CalPlaza in downtown Los Angeles!

Western Standard Time Ska Orchestra is a raw, powerful and in your face musical experience. This massive 20-piece group of All Star musicians is a spectacle to both watch and hear. With a horn section three times bigger than most other ska groups, WST breaks barriers and expands your imagination for what is possible. The groove is hard hitting and will definitely make you dance all night!

Grand Performances is non-profit organization that provides free access to the global performing arts. Our mission is to inspire community, celebrate diversity, and unite Los Angeles through music, dance, poetry, theater and more. All of our shows are free, outdoors, all-ages and open to the public. Most of our events take place at California Plaza in the Grand Avenue Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, next to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), The Broad and Walt Disney Concert Hall. Founded in 1986, over the last 36 years Grand Performances has presented free live concerts featuring Stevie Wonder, Ozomatli, Kamasi Washington, Madame Gandhi, Ana Tijoux, Soulection, Aloe Blacc, Angelique Kidjo and countless others.
