🌅 Breathe in slowly to the music for 8 counts.
🌅 Breathe out slowly to the music for 8 counts.
🌅 Repeat 4 times.

🌅 FOCUS Question:
What are 3 things you are thankful for today?

🌅 Now go deeper:
Why are you thankful for these things?
What do they mean to you?

🌅 2 MINUTES TO WRITE/REFLECT:
Take the next two minutes to focus on feeling gratitude for these life experiences and blessings. (Feel free to use a journal and write during this exercise - there is a 2 minute countdown clock on the video screen).

🌅 Today, focus on what matters most and receive each moment that comes as a precious gift.

🌅 Please accept my gratitude for spending these precious few minutes here with me. Have a beautiful start to your day.
