This 8 hour guided sleep meditation for insomniacs will use Yoga Nidra techniques and breathing techniques to take you easily into a light hypnagogic state and then down into a deep state of sleep (whether you are conscious or unconscious). Let the sounds of the night time frog & spring peeper chorus take you to a place of total peace and relaxation as you wind down into effortless sleep. This breathing meditation / yoga nidra for sleep is guided by Ally Boothroyd and is meant to help reduce stress over being awake at night, anxiety about insomnia and calm the nerves to help you get the rest you need.

In this guided meditation in the spring night time nature sounds, Ally will guide you through 90 minutes of breathing for sleep and meditation techniques to induce sleep, followed by 8 hours of gentle nature sounds. This is a spoken meditation that is great for falling asleep, insomnia, relaxation & stress management. This meditation is made for insomniacs will take you easily into a light hypnagogic state and then down into a deep state of sleep (hopefully!) It is only nature sounds, no music at all. This meditation was recorded LIVE in the relaxing the relaxing lakelands of Ontario Canada with crickets, spring peepers and other frogs with Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.
