Our most recent elevator session features ‘My Bucket’s Got a Hole in It’ - my favorite Hank Williams tune (actually written by Clarence Williams). We filmed it in a glass elevator at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco. We thought that would be a great spot to shoot but figured we would probably get kicked out immediately since it’s a pretty fancy hotel and we were obviously not staying there. Turns out the concierge there loves bluegrass and escorted us over to the elevator and used his key card to get us in. He let us ride that thing for about an hour playing tunes for all the passengers.
