Corta oración del domingo de Pascua

«Resucitó el Señor, Aleluya !

Resucitó el Señor.

Tú eres el fuego del amor que incendia nuestros corazones.

SEÑOR, que resuciten mis manos para que sean delicadas y sepan dar.

SEÑOR, que resuciten mis ojos para que sepan ver al necesitado

y para que los demás se sientan felices por mi modo de mirarles.

SEÑOR, que resuciten mis oídos para que sepan oír tu voz

y no queden sordos a las voces que llaman y piden comprensión.

SEÑOR, que resucite mi boca para que dé testimonio de Ti

y consiga despertar sonrisas.

SEÑOR, que resucite mi corazón para que sea templo vivo de tu Espíritu

y sepa dar calor y refugio, que sea generoso en perdonar y comprender

y aprenda a compartir dolor y alegría con un gran amor.

DIOS mío, dispón de mí con todo lo que soy y con todo lo que tengo.

Que mi vida tenga el sabor y el perfume de Jesús Resucitado.

Exult, let them exult, the hosts of heaven,
exult, let Angel ministers of God exult,
let the trumpet of salvation
sound aloud our mighty King's triumph!

Be glad, let earth be glad, as glory floods her,
ablaze with light from her eternal King,
let all corners of the earth be glad,
knowing an end to gloom and darkness.

Rejoice, let Mother Church also rejoice,
arrayed with the lightning of his glory,
let this holy building shake with joy,
filled with the mighty voices of the peoples.

(Therefore, dearest friends,
standing in the awesome glory of this holy light,
invoke with me, I ask you,
the mercy of God almighty,
that he, who has been pleased to number me,
though unworthy, among the Levites,
may pour into me his light unshadowed,
that I may sing this candle's perfect praises.)

Resurrection Prayer

O Risen Lord,
the Way, the Truth, and the Life,
Make us faithful followers of the spirit of Your Resurrection.

Grant that we may be inwardly renewed,
dying to ourselves in order that You may live in us.
May our lives serve as signs of the transforming power of Your love.

Use us as Your instruments for the renewal of society,
bringing Your life and love to all,
and leading them to Your Church.

This we ask of You, Lord Jesus,
living and reigning with the Father,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God forever.

Amen.
