Description
“Heaven Can Wait” was written by Jimmy Van Heusen and Eddie De Lange in 1939. Dean Martin recorded the song on his 1960 studio album “This Time I’m Swingin’”. The album was conducted by Sinatra long time collaborator Nelson Riddle. Dean Martin was an singer, actor, comedian, and film producer. He was a member of the "Rat Pack" and a star in concert stages, nightclubs, recordings, motion pictures, and television. He started off as one half of Martin & Lewis. He went on to score number one hits with songs like “Everybody Loves Somebody” and “That’s Amore”. He later was the host of the "Dean Martin Roast" series. They were the best! They had the crème of show business on them and were so hilarious. Enjoy! Thanks For Your Comments.
