Our first thing to say is: we are so very impressed and blown away with how AMAZING Eleanor Forte AI is! A lot of care and hard work was put into developing her, so a big job well done to VOLOR for delivering such a great quality voice!

Second, if you’re wondering what was the inspiration for choosing this song, it was because of Eleanor’s 3rd anniversary. Her illustrator released old concept art for her and she looked like an adorable mail carrier, so I immediately thought of “Hello Halley”, a really cute song written by ONO and Ming Huang, which originally featured Luo Tianyi. However, I was thinking about the Xingchen version where she looks like a mail carrier too, so I figured Eleanor would look really cute for this!

However, without knowing how Eleanor was going to sound in AI, Juoruky (風权) and I decided not work on the cover immediately, especially if she might have sounded different to Standard. We wanted to work with her when AI came out for early bird users. Meanwhile, I still reached out to flamingo-sama with the concept and they loved the idea, and the final art is super cute and very fitting for Eleanor. Then we finally heard her voice in November and WOW! We were not expecting this beautiful goddess-like voice! This was going to give “Hello Halley” a different and somewhat dramatic sound, which is an interesting approach for sure!
