Description
The Bengali version of Dr Bhupen Hazarika's original classic, "O Bideshi Bondhu." The orchestration is different in this version, and the veteran Hemanta Mukhopadhyay renders it superbly (the original Assamese and the Hindi versions were sung by Bhupen Hazarika himself). Excellent lyrics by Pulak Bandopadhyay. An all-time favorite.
