I did a trail of my own parts of it on this video showing the easy parts of The Rhinogydd range on The Cambrian Way mountain trail 479 km (298 miles) with a total ascent of 22,460 m (73,700 ft). I think it could be Britain's hardest long distance trail. Importent to note that only the Cambrian way parts i hiked are in this video. I may edit the full hike might make more sense. Sorry about some this clips are bit jumpy i think its eathier my editing software or compture getting bit old in the tooth.
