Stuck in a phase of depression I don't seem to really find a way out of. Some days it's just in the back. Today there was so much brain fog or the feeling of having a fish bowl on my head and everything felt too heavy. So I took a day off and tried to find things that are good for me. Worked out semi-great but I managed to do this song here and watched a surprisingly good film, "Sixty Six" from 2006. Hoping tomorrow the fog is not so dense and I can see some land again.

Dealing with anxiety and depression in these crazy times, singing helps to deal with it. I intend to do it as much as I can and hope to bring a little joy to myself and to the world.
