Here's a great fox trot showing how great of a dance band the Fletcher Henderson band was during this time period. A young Louis Armstrong plays a hot solo on this during the verse section, which opens with a great break. The sax section in the group at this time was phenomenal, with Don Redman, Buster Bailey and Coleman Hawkins (how about that!) showcasing their skills a few times here. This was the first of three recordings of this the group made, this being the best preserved.
