A La La (Happiness) is an Indigenous Atayal folk song of thanksgiving typically performed at rituals. In this full music video, host Stephen Rong, a.k.a., Verchow Shuvee, joins Atayal singer-songwriter, Ipay Buyci, to celebrate coming home to his mother’s Si-Ji village, learning more about his Indigenous roots, and exploring the Austronesian communities of Taiwan.
