Description

"Foolish Old Man Who Moved the Mountains" is a famous fable. It tells the story of an old man named Yugong, who, facing two mountains blocking his way to his home, resolved to lead his descendants in leveling them. Despite his neighbor, the wise old man, mocking him, believing his age and weakness would prevent him from succeeding, Yugong remained steadfast in his belief that perseverance would lead to his goal. Ultimately, his perseverance and determination moved the Emperor of Heaven, who sent divine soldiers to help him move the mountains. The story has since become a symbol of perseverance and the importance of overcoming difficulties.
