The Gayatri Mantra is better recited between Sunrise to Sunset. Chanting during sunrise is better done between the duration of 22.5 minute to Sunrise or 22.5 minute after the same. This holds true with Sunset also. The pronunciation must be perfect with no errors to the syllables ...

ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः
तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं ।
भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि
धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ॥

Om Bhuur-Bhuvah Svah
Tat-Savitur-Varennyam |
Bhargo Devasya Dhiimahi
Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayaat ||
