Judy introduced us to 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas' in the film 'Meet Me In St. Louis.
Though it's been covered by many artists over the years it remains the go to version for me.
Written especially for Judy she disliked the original lyric 'Have yourself a merry little christmas it might be your last, Next year we may all be living in the past' and Hugh Martin reluctantly changed it to 'Let your heart be light, Next year all our troubles will be out of sight'.
