Description
Hey, there are waves breaking at Kahana Bay on the windward coast of Oahu. This is really rare, maybe twice a year. It’s so much fun as all of the locals flock to the bay to ride the really long waves to the peaceful shores of the bay! Great waves for surf kayaking.
Mahalo nui loa for riding along with us as we kayak surf in the Pacific Ocean.
PS: my channel features original music, video and photos. Here's this week’s music:

Just the Facts: I ride a 12ft, carbon fiber Wave Witch Surf Kayak which has a foot controlled rudder and knee straps. The paddle has a leash attached to the kayak. I maintain a simple camera footprint. I use a GoPro 360 Max on the nose of the kayak and often wear a GoPRo 11 on a chest mount. Audio is captured on my phone and then married to the video footage in iMovie where I do all my own editing.
