I donned the Breton for a gallic cover- this time a classic from the 60's

For me this song is a great example of the 60's French Pop wave- a slow number infused with UK sound but with a healthy dose of classic Chanson thrown in as well- sang by one of the classiest 60's icon in a simple, honest and straightforward way... it's always been a favourite of mine.

And in our time where things go fast and we isolate ourselves more and more behind screens and all, one can relate to the lyrics about loneliness and longing for someone to share time with.

I've upgraded a bit on this episode, still recorded it with my CAMILEO camera but recorded it through a Audio Technica mic plugged into a Focusrtie Scarlet. Makes a big difference!
