Level 1: Enchant Envy and Wolves on two low level wands, use literally any skill. It's that broken.

Level 34: Keep the Envy wand, get a Reverberation Wand and socket Flame Golem (of Hordes if you can get it) + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Elemental Focus. Take the Golem nodes for Elementalist.
