A prayer lullaby song I spontaneously
created for my mom in 2017 while she was in the hospital so she wouldn't feel alone.
I sang it to her every time I saw her until her last day. It was sung for her funeral as well.
It was later recorded professionally for part of a collaborative album.
The song has also spontaneously morphed into new variations that keep returning.
It's a song now sung in circles around the globe. It warms my heart to witness others sing it or groups of people singing it.
I've been feeling my mom these last couple months and even had a dream about her.
I imagine her so happy that the song continues to be sung over and over.
It was the soundtrack for many beloveds who were hospitalized in 2020 and for those who didn't make it.
It's been sang for grandparents in their last days and for those in hospice.
it's also been sung as a blessing song for pregnant mama's and newborns.
It's become lullaby's to newly born babies.
It's also been the soundtrack for those in labor.
