Description
A recording of "Lullaby Of The Leaves" with vocal refrain and backing. The recording was in very bad condition and the artists cannot be readily identified. However, I think it is Roy Fox and his Band with Al Bowly doing the main vocal, which would date it as June 1932. This version does not seem to be as upbeat and uplifting as the other ones of the period, having a more eerie and melancholy quality. Glad to hear from anyone with more definite information on the band and vocal.
