Description
Before there were comedy duos such as Harvey Korman & Tim Conway, Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis, and Bud Abbott & Lou Costello, these two here were the very first. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. And this is one of my favourite Christmas movie musicals.
Based on the musical by Victor Herbert, two toy makers after getting fired at the toy factory, save Toyland from the nasty Barnaby and those boogeymen by releasing a marching army of wooden soldiers that they build. 100 soldiers at 6 ft high.
If there is one more monster army that the wooden soldiers can take on, it’s that Exeggutor squad from Pokémon.
Note: The only part cut out is where Barnaby gets trapped like three blocks spell R-A-T. The reason why is because I had a little trouble with the camera 🎥. So, a good knock to the head is all he needs.
