Description

"Glück das mir verblieb" or "Marietta's Lied" as it is commonly referred, is a soprano/tenor duet from Korngold's 1920 opera "Die Tote Stadt", which he composed when he was 23. In concert, it's typically performed as a soprano aria solo. This is the piano accompaniment only, played here in the original key of B flat Major for High Voice.

***A couple notes:*** I know the tempo choice here might be controversial. I opted for a slightly quicker tempo than might be typical of a performance of this, but I know not everyone has the iron lungs required to sing it at the desired Lento marking. I'd encourage singers using this to experiment with the speed controls that YouTube offers to see if adjusting those will work for you.
