Description
it was reported that Lifetime planned to air an original television film Patsy and Loretta. The film will be released in October 2019 on the network and will chronicle Cline's friendship with Loretta Lynn. Cline is portrayed by Megan Hilty and Lynn by Jessie Mueller. The film is directed by the Academy Award-winning screenwriter Callie Khouri. The trailer for the movie was released in July 2019. Patsy and Loretta was filmed on location in Nashville, Tennessee and will be produced Lynn's daughter and Cline's daughter, Julie Fudge.
