Description
Today we remember Saint Pontian, who was Pope from 230–235 AD. He was arrested during the persecution under Emperor Maximinus Thrax. We also remember Saint Hippolytus, his rival. He set himself up as a rival bishop. In exile, they reconciled before their martyrdom.
Thank you for joining us today live from the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Downtown Los Angeles. We may be tuning in from locations far away, but we are together in prayer!
