Welcome to a new infrequent series! I have been playing Reverse: 1999 for a while and wanted to share some gameplay and feature new content added in the 2.7 update - 1987 Cosmic Overture.

In this episode, we complete Mesophotic Zone 200M in Reveries of the Rain with the new assist characters and Myth Manifest passives. I was unable to complete 200M-III prior to this patch, but the ability to use Melania is a massive boon. Watch for a clear of all three stages!

Reverse: 1999 is a turn-based RPG with visual novel elements set in a world beset by "The Storm" - a mysterious phenomenon that reverses time. The protagonist, known as the "Timekeeper" Vertin, is immune to the effects of said "Storm", which typically drives people to insanity before they wash away. In various eras prior to the turn of the 21st century, Vertin searches for answers while helping people and fending off Manus Vindictae - an organization devoted to inciting "The Storm".
