Metta Sutta narrated/read by me. The Loving Kindness Sutra. This is one of my most favorite sutra of all, because I believe this sutra expressed the Essence of Buddhism very well. Infact I should say it expresses what we all have within us, loving kindness. And no matter what religions we practice, I believe the core of most religion is loving kindness. We all should practice loving kindness among ourselves, show our loves and kindness to another human beings, and even as far as to all beings. Kindness and love is the medicine to all greed, hatred, anger, and pains. The true, most precious happiness is from giving others joy by showing kindness, love, a helping hand.
